User Agreement

Policies & Procedures 

Throughout this document: 

“the Platform” refers to the website, its services, its systems, and all associated digital features. 

“Platform Administrators” refers to administrators, moderators, support personnel, and any authorized staff acting on behalf of the Platform. 

“Users” refers to individuals accessing or interacting with the Platform. 

All parties — Users and the Platform — are expected to follow these Policies & Procedures.

1. Chargeback–Fraud Policy 

Purpose 

This policy outlines how the Platform prevents, identifies, and responds to fraudulent digital access or membership transactions. 

Policy 

All digital access fees and membership purchases are final unless stated otherwise in writing. Users must ensure they use valid and authorized payment methods. Fraudulent chargebacks, unauthorized disputes, or misuse of billing processes may lead to account restriction or termination. 

The Platform may submit supporting evidence — including login logs, IP address data, timestamps, device information, and acceptance of terms — to payment processors or financial institutions when resolving disputes. 

Procedures 

Verification 

The Platform may use login behavior, device data, and IP address records to validate transactions. 

Monitoring 

Accounts exhibiting inconsistent or suspicious payment activity may be flagged for review by Platform Administrators.

Investigation 

The Platform will review flagged transactions. Access may be temporarily limited during this review period. 

Resolution 

When a dispute is found invalid, the Platform may provide relevant evidence to the payment provider. 

Consequences 

Repeated chargebacks or confirmed fraudulent behavior may result in permanent account removal. 

Escalation 

The Platform may restrict, suspend, or delete accounts suspected of fraud or criminal behavior and may preserve and provide information to law enforcement when legally required.

2. Complaint Policy & Procedures 

Purpose 

To provide Users with a clear reporting process, ensuring that concerns are handled promptly and fairly. 

Submitting a Complaint 

Users may submit complaints directly through the Platform’s chat system. Users should include: 

Their username 

A description of the issue 

The usernames of involved parties 

Dates and times 

Screenshots or any supportive material

What Users Should Report 

Users are encouraged to promptly report: 

Harassment 

Prohibited content 

Threatening or abusive messages 

Attempts to expose, embarrass, or humiliate others 

Behavior that creates an unsafe or hostile environment 

Content intended to intimidate or harm 

Complaint Procedures 

Intake & Documentation 

Complaints submitted through chat are documented by Platform Administrators. 

Initial Review 

A preliminary review is typically completed within 72 business hours. 

Investigation 

The Platform may review group activity, message logs, posts, and any relevant information. 

Resolution 

Platform Administrators may issue warnings, remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts when necessary. 

Appeals 

Users may appeal a decision within 5 business days by providing new information. Appeals are reviewed within 7–10 business days. 

All appeal decisions are final. 

Escalation

If a complaint involves illegal activity, harassment, threats, coercion, fraud, or severe policy violations, the Platform may suspend accounts and provide relevant information to law enforcement when required.

3. Content Management Policy & Procedures 

Purpose 

To ensure all content and interactions within the Platform remain safe, lawful, and compliant.

Platform Structure & User-Generated Content 

The Platform provides groups, forums, and interactive spaces for Users to communicate and share content. 

All content is User-generated unless explicitly provided by the Platform. Platform Administrators may monitor and moderate content at any time to ensure compliance.

Age Requirement 

Users must confirm they are 18 years or older to access or participate on the Platform. Age verification is based on self-submitted information, not formal ID. 

The Platform does not target minors and provides no content or services for individuals under 18.

Consent & Identity Responsibility 

Users agree that: 

They will upload only content they own or have lawful rights to share

They are responsible for the appropriateness and legality of their submissions All ownership and age declarations are User-submitted and self-certified 

--- 

Content Review 

Platform Administrators may review any content at any time. 

Violating material may be removed without notice. 

Repeated violations may lead to suspension or permanent account removal.

Uploading & Downloading Restrictions 

Users may not: 

Upload content they do not own or control 

Download, save, copy, or redistribute content without permission Distribute Platform content outside the Platform

Real-Time Monitoring 

Posts, messages, uploads, group activity, and interactions may be monitored. Accounts showing harmful or suspicious behavior may be restricted or reviewed.

Illegal Content & Prohibited Conduct

The Platform prohibits: 

Illegal activity 

Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior 

Attempts to expose or humiliate others 

Coercion, intimidation, or exploitation 

Content violating any applicable laws or Platform standards The Platform may escalate issues to authorities as necessary.

4. Return Policy 

Purpose 

To outline refund eligibility for digital access and membership fees. Policy 

All sales are final. Refunds may only be reviewed if: A duplicate transaction occurred 

A technical failure prevented access 

A verified administrative error occurred 

Refunds will not be issued for: 

Non-use 

Change of mind 

Dissatisfaction

Account restrictions due to violation of policies 

Procedures 

Refund requests must be made within 72 hours of purchase. 

Platform Administrators will review account activity and transaction logs. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Content Submission Agreement 

The Content Submission Agreement applies to all Users who upload or submit content on the Platform. 

--- 

1. Ownership & Rights 

Users affirm that: 

They own the content they upload or 

They have full, lawful rights to upload and share the content 

Content must not infringe copyrights, privacy rights, trademarks, or third-party rights.

2. User Responsibility 

Users agree to: 

Upload only lawful, appropriate content 

Ensure submissions follow Platform rules

Avoid posting content intended to harm, expose, embarrass, or intimidate others Accept full responsibility for their uploaded content

3. Prohibited Content 

Users may not upload: 

Illegal content 

Harassment, threats, or abusive content 

Content intended to embarrass or humiliate 

Content involving exploitation or coercion 

Any material violating laws or Platform standards

4. Monitoring & Enforcement 

The Platform may: 

Review and remove content at any time 

Restrict or terminate accounts for repeated violations 

Preserve records for compliance and safety

5. Limited License Granted to the Platform

By uploading content, the User grants the Platform a non-exclusive, limited, revocable license to: 

Host the content 

Display the content within the Platform’s groups and features 

Store the content for Platform functionality 

This license does not allow external redistribution or commercial use outside the Platform.

6. Account Actions 

Violations may result in: 

Content removal 

Warnings 

Restricted access 

Permanent account termination

7. Liability 

Users agree to: 

Accept full responsibility for the content they upload 

Indemnify the Platform against claims related to their submissions 

Not hold the Platform liable for disputes involving ownership or legality of content
